Course Curriculum:
If you’re already familiar with the basics of Excel, this course will take you through the more advanced features of the software.

- Freezing Panes and View Options
- Sorting Data
- Filtering Data
- Groups and Subtotals
- Tables
- Charts
- Conditional Formatting
- Track Changes and Comments
- Inspecting and Protecting Workbooks
- Intro to PivotTables
- Doing More with PivotTables
- What-if Analysis
Course Details:
- Courses last for 8 weeks, meeting 90 minutes, once per week on Fridays at 6:00pm CST
- The course starts on the start date you select from the Date drop-down menu at the top of this page
- The course is led by a live instructor
- The course sessions take place on Zoom
- The instructor’s camera will be on, but your camera is optional
Course Requirements:
- Familiarity with the basics of Microsoft Excel (see course curriculum for the Level 1 course)
- Your own Microsoft Windows device with a recent version of Microsoft Office, including Excel, installed

- The instructor will be using the latest Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021
- A stable internet connection
- The ability to access, attend, and participate in the class through Zoom (Ok to use the free version linked below)
- Zoom can be downloaded at https://zoom.us/
- Functioning speakers and a microphone
- An internet browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc)
- The ability to download and open Excel files on your device
- A quiet environment free of disruptions and background noise that could interfere with the lesson
